Love can be found in a quiet moment alone or a warm cup of tea.

 

Love is a helping hand and the person holding space for you; celebrating your joys and listening to your worries too.

Love is there when things work out beautifully and it helps you see and feel the beauty during difficulties.

It's a home cooked meal, an errand run or your home being tidied for you.

Love is turning toward yourself and caring for yourself during the times that  you need it the most.

Love is asking for help and it's bravery too.

It's accepting the newness of a situation and trusting you'll find your way through.

 

Love can empower you, your child(ren), and your loved one's; to see their own strengths and capabilities too.​

Love recognizes that your journey is deeply personal and I will honor that for you.
